Trainflow is a subscription-based online platform that provides access to workout programs, sports training, wellness content, and related digital materials to users with an active membership. Access to these materials continues as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.
2. Canceling your membership
You may cancel your Trainflow membership at any time. To cancel, please contact our support team at support@traflw.com or use the "Cancel Membership" option available on the Support page. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated in your specific offer terms.
After cancellation, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of the paid period, after which your access to exclusive fitness materials, structured programs, and coaching content will be discontinued.
3. Refund eligibility (14-day window)
New subscribers are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of their first purchase, provided they contact us within that 14-day period and request cancellation of their membership.
Within this 14-day window:
- You may request a full refund of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
- After a refund is issued, your access to Trainflow content may be immediately revoked or will continue only until the end of the current billing period, as specified in our confirmation.
After the initial 14-day period expires, all payments are non-refundable, except in the following exceptional circumstances:
